Design and Development of Energy Efficiency Evaluation System for Centrifugal Pump Unit Based on .NET Platform

At present,the energy efficiency evaluation of centrifugal pump units in China is still in the exploratory stage.In order to evaluate the energy efficiency level of the equipment quickly and accurately,based on the MVC model of the .NET platform,this paper designs and develops an automated evaluation system. On the basis of establishing the mathematical model of energy efficiency evaluation of pump units,the parameters are collected and processed. The data is imported manually or by accessing the database,and the energy efficiency calculation is performed according to the standard using a simple and highly accurate formula. The system is applied to verify the example,and the operating condition of the equipment is compared with the economic operation discriminate table to judge the operation of the unit. The results show that the evaluation results calculated by the software are accurate.Without complicated manual calculation,the evaluation time can be shortened,the work efficiency can be improved,and it has certain application value for industrial production.

Study on High Carbon Chain Erucic Acid Clean Fracturing Fluid

At present, most of the main agent of conventional clean fracturing fluids are viscoelastic sixteen (or eighteen) alkyltrimethylammonium chloride, which has poor temperature resistance (generally less than 60 ℃). The quaternary ammonium salt type surfactant (JS-VES) based on high carbon chain erucic acid has good temperature resistance. In this paper, a high-carbon erucic acidtype clean fracturing fluid (mass fraction) (0.80% JS-VES+0.68%NaSal+2.60%KCl+0.40%Na 2S 2O 3) was developed with JSVES as the main agent, and compared with the conventional clean fracturing fluid system performance. The highcarbon erucic acidtype clean fracturing fluid system (25 ℃, 170 s -1) has an apparent viscosity of 25 mPa•s. It has good shear resistance, and can meet the requirements of suspended sand in the static suspension of sand, with a good breaking capacity (2 mPa•s) and temperature resistance (80 ℃).

Ailure Analysis of Reformer Tube

The reformer furnace tubes have cracked after operating for in a service period in one plant, which lead to much economic losses. Therefore, it is necessary for us to carry on the over analysis of the reformer furnace tubes. The reformer furnace tubes were analyzed by using chemical composition analysis, macro-and micro-microstructure analysis, room temperature, high temperature mechanical properties analysis in the paper. The results show that the reason of failure for the furnace tube is the creep crack, and excess temperature is the direct reason for the creep crack. At the same time, the lack of the effect thickness in original design is the root cause of crack for the furnace tube.
